A case of pulmonary metastatasis of cervical cancer is presented. A 43-year-old, cevrical cancer, Stage I, infiltrating squamous cell carcinoma, was treated by Radical hysterectomy (Wertheim type) and Cesium-237 external irradiation, After ten months of primary treatment vaginal metastasis occurred, treated by intravaginal Radium application. And hen thirteen months later pulmonary metastasis occurred A brief review of the- literature was done.
